While we're not big fans of rules and regulations, there's a need for some things to be clearly understood. These things are:

No definitely means 'no',
There will be safe sex only,
There will be absolutely no drugs allowed on the premises, and guests are expected not to be drunk,
Guests are expected to be tolerant of people's different sexualities, preferences, body types, and abilities,
Cameras are forbidden. Mobile phone calls may be made in a separate part of the house, and
Any form of solicitation (offering or requesting sex in exchange for money) is totally banned.

These points above are core, non-negotiable rules, and we will not be giving warnings or entering into any discussion. Anybody found breaching these rules will be asked to leave immediately and not invited back. Below are some guidelines which we hope will also make the evening run more smoothly:

please don't play in the chill-out zone, and don't shag in the spa,
we'd like to discourage fully-clothed people from remaining in the play area,
please try to limit the amount of time you spend in the bathroom or shower,
guys, remember that your personal hygiene directly affects how much action you get,
please be quiet when leaving the venue, and don't drink and drive,
we'd prefer neat casual dress, and
entry is between 9pm and midnight; please don't arrive after midnight expecting to be let in.
